 I am soo happy right now !
A old 'friend' ;] wants me to meet him this friday, and yeah...aha! im so excited. BUT i need to lose about 6lbs/7lbs for it.

Update - Im on this special milkshakes which you can get from various chemists around the UK.
Basically you have one for Breakfast, Lunch, Tea.
Within them is all your goodness like; protein, fibre, vitamins etc; BUT NO FAT ! :)
Soo im having them untill friday, ( i'll most likely buy some more for next week if all goes well on them) obviously with tons of water and working out. & When i reach my first goal, im going to buy the most gorgeous red dress ever, i deserve this more then anything right now.

Intake today;
Caffeine Boost energy drink - 140 calories.
LIPOTRIM MILKSHAKE.
Pint of water.



I need to keep strong, posting on here like everyday near enough is keeping me on track and soforth :)
I'll likely post tonight if i get chance, seeing as im going to visit the grandma :]

Ok so, all i have eaten today is cereal, half of a  lettuce and ham sandwhich. THAT WAS IT.

Then what do i get? a fucking phonecall of my friend saying my other friend was on the way to my house because 'he told her i wasnt eating and now shes worried'
so yeah, nice one! :S
I ate half a bag of chips to keep her happy :( but then we did some stupid dance routines for about half an hour so hopefully i burnt them off haha!
Im tired, and my head is sore :( i dont feel hungry thanks to my hot tea so all is good.
Tomorrow? working out like crazy and no food whatsoever !!!!!!

Hi girls. :)

Right, last night i was on webcam/microphone to my best friend, suddenly ran to the bathroom and was sick, he heard me and was all like
'ohh im so worried about you blahblah'
I just told him it was the sore throat making me heave and therefore making me sick, i dont care anymore, i need to be skinny. 
Its 2:17pm here in the UK.
Intake today so far:

Breakfast - Medium bowl of cereal - 150 calories; Cup of tea - 30 calories? Cherryade - 15 calories

I dont plan on eating anymore, just water & willpower.
I'll try get out of tea tonight, just tell my mum im not feeling to good.
My scales are broke!! >.< although my nana let me use her tape measure so i'll measure myself up tonight, should have done it last night really but whatever. Anddd as soon as i get some batteries for my camera i'll do a before photo, and then lets say....10th may? I'll take another photo, see if theres any difference.
Im quite okay today really, i dont feel hungry, although my head feels asif its about to blow off, stupid fever.

IM GOING TO SHOW THE PEOPLE WHO EVER LET ME DOWN AND STABBED ME IN THE BACK THAT I CAN DO THIS, NOTHING OR NOBODY WILL STOP ME !

Anyway i'll post again tonight to see how the rest of the day has gone, hope your all doing okay, much love && support; xo.

Hiiii :)

Okay so, i vow to write on this at least everyday! Keep my silly self on track.
This time last week, i planned to liquid fast, it went OKAY.
Ive had the worst cold/fever ever so thats helped abit, through being sick/nothing tasting right.
Anyway;

Monday - Dry bagel - 160 cals
Tuna sweetcorn - 90 cals
60 sit ups - 50 calories burnt
Total - 190 cals
Tuesday - Rice cripsies - (puked them up)
1 hour on trampoline, 60 sit ups.
Total - 0
Wednesday - Nothing
100 sit ups
Total - 0
Thursday - Nothing
60 sit ups
Friday - Nothing
30 sit ups
.
Saturday - 3 glasses of wine, (smacks hand)
tuna salad sandwhich, Aunties lunch of chilli con carne :(!!
gross, the weekend slipped up abit!

But anyway, another fast tomorrow, get my arse in gear!
