  <description>&amp;nbsp;I am soo happy right now !&lt;br /&gt;A old &apos;friend&apos; ;] wants me to meet him this friday, and yeah...aha! im so excited. BUT i need to lose about 6lbs/7lbs for it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Update - Im on this special milkshakes which you can get from various chemists around the UK.&lt;br /&gt;Basically you have one for Breakfast, Lunch, Tea.&lt;br /&gt;Within them is all your goodness like; protein, fibre, vitamins etc; BUT NO FAT ! :)&lt;br /&gt;Soo im having them untill friday, &lt;strong&gt;( i&apos;ll most likely buy some more for next week if all goes well on them)&lt;/strong&gt; obviously with tons of water and working out. &amp;amp; When i reach my first goal, im going to buy the most gorgeous red dress ever, i deserve this more then anything right now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Intake today;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/u&gt;Caffeine Boost energy drink - 140 calories.&lt;br /&gt;LIPOTRIM MILKSHAKE.&lt;br /&gt;Pint of water.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I need to keep strong, posting on here like everyday near enough is keeping me on track and soforth :)&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;ll likely post tonight if i get chance, seeing as im going to visit the grandma :]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#ff00ff&quot;&gt;Much love &amp;amp; support &amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;3&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;</description>

THAT WAS IT.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then what do i get? a fucking phonecall of my friend saying my other friend was on the way to my house because &apos;he told her i wasnt eating and now shes worried&apos;&lt;br /&gt;so yeah, nice one! :S&lt;br /&gt;I ate half a bag of chips to keep her happy :( but then we did some stupid dance routines for about half an hour so hopefully i burnt them off haha!&lt;br /&gt;Im tired, and my head is sore :( i dont feel hungry thanks to my hot tea so all is good.&lt;br /&gt;Tomorrow? working out like crazy and no food whatsoever !!!!!!&lt;br /&gt;Much love xo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

  <description>&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;2&quot;&gt;Hi girls. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Right, last night i was on webcam/microphone to my best friend, suddenly ran to the bathroom and was sick, he heard me and was all like&lt;br /&gt;&apos;ohh im so worried about you blahblah&apos;&lt;br /&gt;I just told him it was the sore throat making me heave and therefore making me sick, i dont care anymore, i need to be skinny.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;Its 2:17pm here in the UK.&lt;br /&gt;Intake today so far:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast - Medium bowl of cereal - 150 calories; Cup of tea - 30 calories? Cherryade - 15 calories&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I dont plan on eating anymore, just water &amp;amp; willpower.&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;ll try get out of tea tonight, just tell my mum im not feeling to good.&lt;br /&gt;My scales are broke!! &amp;gt;.&amp;lt; although my nana let me use her tape measure so i&apos;ll measure myself up tonight, should have done it last night really but whatever. Anddd as soon as i get some batteries for my camera i&apos;ll do a before photo, and then lets say....10th may?   <title>Review Of Week One.</title>

  <description>&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;2&quot;&gt;Hiiii :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay so, i vow to write on this at least everyday!
